Returning Students Proving Residency

  • Evanston Township High School (911ÖÆÆ·³§) District 202 requires proof of residency for all current 911ÖÆÆ·³§ students who are returning for the upcoming school year. The intent in verifying residency is to ensure compliance with state law and to fulfill the obligation to District 202 taxpayers that 911ÖÆÆ·³§ allocate resources to educate all eligible students who legally reside within district boundaries.

    Parents/guardians are required to provide proof of residency to 911ÖÆÆ·³§ District 202.

    Residency information must be uploaded to 911ÖÆÆ·³§ via the Returning Student Registration Form. To get to the Returning Student Registration form, navigate to > Update Enrollment > Returning Student Registration > Start.

    Parents/guardians who need assistance with or my911ÖÆÆ·³§ can email hachelp@eths202.org or call 847-424-7121. For in-person help or assistance with scanning documents, please come to the Residency Office (S127). Please complete the Returning Student Registration form online prior to coming in for scanning assistance.

    Families receiving McKinney-Vento assistance must come to the Residency Office and speak with the Residency Officer.

    To ensure compliance with Residency requirements, all documents must be submitted. Once the required documents are submitted and have been reviewed, you will receive an email to indicate that residency has been cleared or additional information is needed.

How to Provide Proof of Residency

  • Here are the basic steps for updating your student's 911ÖÆÆ·³§ registration information online, including providing proof of Residency. 
     
    1. Log in to  using your own parent/guardian user name and password.

    2. Navigate to Update Enrollment > Returning Student Registration > Start.

    3. Complete a Returning Student Registration form for each student in your family.
