911ÖÆÆ·³§ Facility Use & Rental Guidelines

Evanston Township High School District 202's facilities are available to the public to rent during select times. An approved building use/rental application is necessary for non-911ÖÆÆ·³§ individuals and organizations to use indoor or outdoor spaces at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ District 202. Applications are reviewed to ensure availability and to identify required documentation and fees. Only completed applications with all required documentation will be processed. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please allow up to (30) days for applications to be processed. Rental dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited due to the high level of school activities in the venues. First priority for facility usage will be for 911ÖÆÆ·³§ events. All rental events must end by 10:00pm. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any rentals within 24 hours of the rental time. No individual or organization may use 911ÖÆÆ·³§ District 202 facilities without an approved application, valid permit, payment of applicable fees, and submission of all required information and documents.Prior to submitting a request, we recommend you review the Community Use Calendar to see if the date(s) you desire are available.

Steps to Submit a Facility Use/Rental Request
- Obtain written proof of non-profit status, if applicable.
- Review our Catering Guidelines and obtain , if applicable.
- Obtain $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy naming Evanston Township High School.
- Review the appropriate rental information and fees based on the type of space you wish to request. NOTE: If the facility use/rental request is for a filming or photography project, please refer to the Filming/Photography page before proceeding to Step 5.
- Complete the .
- Communicate quickly and efficiently with 911ÖÆÆ·³§ staff members that may contact you regarding your building use/rental request.
- Complete, sign, and return the facility usage agreement to the appropriate 911ÖÆÆ·³§ contact.
- Pay any applicable fees for the facility rental at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Obtain written proof of non-profit status, if applicable.
