Please fill out the form below to register your student for the Middle School Multi-Sport Challenge that will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ - Beardsley Gym. Each participant can choose one sport from each of the lists for Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Check-in is 8:30am and the program ends at noon. All participants should enter through the rear entrance of 911ÖÆÆ·³§ at Door 3 near the bike cage. If you would like to lock up your winter coat, sweats, boots and valuables, you will need to bring a padlock to store those items in our locker room.
