ImPACT Test Registration

  • Steps for completing the Baseline imPACT test at 911ÖÆÆ·³§:

    All Freshman and new students must complete a Baseline imPACT test one month prior to the start of their first season in order to participate in athletics at 911ÖÆÆ·³§. You can watch .

    1. Make sure you are in a quiet and stable environment with a laptop or desktop computer.
      1. The test will take 30 – 45 minutes.
      2. You cannot take this test on your phone or tablet.
    2. In the URL address, please type in  and press enter.
    3. Enter the activation code 49fe191b59 into the prompted box to begin the test.
    4. Click the “launch baseline test” button.
    5. Make sure you enter your full name.
    6. Start Exam. 
    7. Once you have completed the exam, save a copy of the confirmation page for your records. Please allow 2-3 business days for the impact test results to be manually uploaded to the system by the sports medicine staff.
