Spring Conferences 2025

Conferences serve as an opportunity for students and guardians to discuss academic support and/or student wellbeing with teachers as needed. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ looks forward to your participation in Spring Conferences on February 27, which will be held remotely via Google Meet.
Online sign up for Spring Conferences will begin at 8:00am on Thursday, February 20, and will remain open until 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 26.
Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 27, 1:30-4:30pm and 6:00-9:00pm.
- Conferences are designed to last five (5) minutes each.
- Thursday, February 27 is a non-attendance day for students. Students are welcome and encouraged to participate in conferences with their parent(s)/guardian(s).
- Friday, February 28 is a non-attendance day for students. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ will be closed for Staff Institute Day.
If the conference schedule does not meet your needs, or if you are not able to get an appointment with a teacher, you may email the teacher directly to schedule a time.
If you speak a language other than English and would like to have an interpreter at conferences, contact Mercedes Fernández, Latino Liaison/Minority Languages Coordinator, at 847-424-7166 or fernandezm@eths202.org. All requests for interpreters must be made by 3:00pm on Tuesday, February 25.

Grade-level deans, counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses and academic advisors will also be available to meet during conferences. Please contact them directly to make an appointment.
Prior to conferences, 911ÖÆÆ·³§ will share information about how to access scheduled virtual appointments through Google Meet links. Details and instructions will be emailed to parents/guardians.
Tracking Academic Progress
You and your student can log in to (HAC) at any time to view assignments, attendance, grades, and class schedules. You can also view progress reports and report cards (or sign up to receive these by email) in HAC.Report Cards are published four times a year. They come out after each marking period; Progress Reports (IPRs) are also published four times a year. They come out in the middle of each marking period.
