The Nutrition Services Department at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ uses a meal payment system called “SNAP” (School Nutrition Accountability Program) that enables parents and students to prepay for school breakfast, lunch and à la carte food items. Student IDs are automatically linked to a SNAP account. Funds may be loaded to SNAP accounts for students with full price, free, or reduced price meal plans. Students use their ID cards to enter the cafeterias and will swipe their ID card to purchase food items, regardless of whether their meal plan is listed as full price, reduced price, or free in the system. 

LOADING MONEY TO A SNAP ACCOUNT

Online payments to SNAP accounts are a simple, safe, and secure way to make payments to your student's meal account 24 hours a day. Our online meal pre-payment system also allows parents to review meal payment history and to set-up low balance notifications. Pay for school meals securely via the .

Students can pick up a prepayment form from any cafeteria cashier and give pre-paid deposits (check) to the cafeteria cashier. Funds will be added to the student's SNAP account within one (1) school day.

The cafeteria cashier will tell students when their SNAP account balance is $5.00 or less.  Meal account balances can be checked online at any time.  If for some reason money is not added, the student will be able to charge a maximum of $3.75 in food purchases to avoid missing a meal.  The amount owed will be deducted from future payments.

What happens to remaining funds at the end of the school year?

Any meal funds remaining at the end of the school year are rolled over into the student's meal account for the upcoming year. For graduating seniors or students that are not returning to the district, parents/guardians may request that any leftover funds be transferred to a sibling or a refund. Requests for meal fund transfers or reimbursement can be sent to the Nutrition Services Department at nutritionservices@eths202.org.

Negative balances should be paid immediately. Unpaid obligations will be added to the student's account balance. For more information, contact Nutrition Services (847-424-7225).
