Evanston Township High School partners with several organizations and international schools to provide students with two to eight week programs for language acquisition, community service and cultural immersion abroad.

Students who take German courses at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ have the opportunity to participate in this exchange program. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ has partnered with Robert-Mayer-Gymnasium (High School) in Heilbronn, Germany (near Stuttgart) for over 30 years. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ students spend three weeks hosted by families in Germany, and the German students spend three weeks hosted in Evanston.

This youth leadership program includes a two-week cultural immersion and service experience in Guatemala. The program is organized by 911ÖÆÆ·³§ teachers in partnership with Global Visionaries, a non-profit organization that seeks to challenge and transform young people into socially and environmentally conscious global leaders. Although Spanish language proficiency is not required in order to participate, the program also serves as a language immersion opportunity for students who will gain Spanish language skills during the two-week trip.

Students who take Japanese courses at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ have the opportunity to travel to Japan as part of our exchange program with Kokusai Joho High School.

Students who take Latin courses at 911ÖÆÆ·³§ have the opportunity to participate in this cultural immersion trip to Italy.
