Why Take Spanish?
-
"In the Spanish program, I've gone from only knowing basic conversational vocabulary to being able to understand and converse with native speakers. It's amazing! I love reading Spanish literature. It's a piece of history and being able to read classics in the language in which they were written adds a whole layer of depth to my understanding. It's a constant challenge but when I can walk out of a class period and realize that I didn't mentally translate anything the teacher said into English it's the best feeling. It's undoubtedly the most rewarding class I'm in." - Emma M
"The best thing about my class is that I am actually learning. I have known Spanish as it is my second language but it is great that now I have the opportunity to perfect it. From the start of class I expected to learn but i Did not expect to see this much of the Spanish language." -Fernando L
