Student Accounts

  • Student Accounts processes all financial information of a student's account during their enrollment at Evanston Township High School. Staff members are available to assist and answer inquiries by phone (847)-424-7110, or in person.

Acceptable forms of payment for most purposes include cash, credit card (Discover, Master Card, and Visa), certified check, money order, or personal check. For seniors, personal checks are not accepted after April 27.

    Student Accounts services include:

Exam Fees. There is a fee associated with each A/P exam. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ offers a payment plan and assistance is available to students with financial needs. Students enrolled in an AP course will be automatically registered for the related AP exam. AP exam fees will not be refunded if a student drops a course after the first semester or fails to take the AP exam.

Student/Staff ID Card Payments. New students and staff receive one ID card. If you lose or damage your ID card, it can be replaced by paying a $5.00 replacement fee at Student Accounts. You will be given a receipt to bring to the ID Center (W103), where your new card will be processed. The ID Center is open on regular school days from 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Student Fee Payments. Annual school fees that include textbook rental and instructional material/supply fees are billed by the Business Office each school year. This amount is determined by the courses in which the student is enrolled. Additional fees may be required for purchases in specific courses. More information about fees is available on the Student Fees webpage.

Student VENTRA Bus Card Payments. Students may ride CTA buses and trains and PACE buses on weekdays for a reduced fare by purchasing a CTA Student Ventra Card. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ student IDs are not accepted by the CTA or PACE. Student Ventra Cards are available for purchase in Student Accounts. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ does not control how or when Ventra activates the student reduced fare.  As a result, your student may have to pay full fare at the start of the school year until Ventra activates the cards.  If your student wishes to use the same Ventra card for multiple years, they must notify Student Accounts so that Ventra can be asked to reactivate the student reduced fare each year. CTA buses to 911ÖÆÆ·³§: #93, #206, #205. To plan your specific route to school, call the CTA at 312-836-7000, or visit .
