Licensure Renewal Links and Information

  • Evanston Township High School District 202 is located in the North Cook Intermediate Service Center Region (Region 5). The Center supports local education professionals and provides comprehensive training and resources to all levels of school operations and staff. All professional credentials MUST be registered in this region. Licenses are now electronic and may be viewed in the Illinois State Board of Education Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS). This is a web-based system that allows educators, administrators, substitutes, and teacher assistants access to licensure data including:

    • license type, number, expiration date, degree history, and work history;
    • information about applying for a teaching license(s) and/or endorsement(s);
    • information about completing the license renewal process; and
    • information about Highly Qualified requirements including the Highly Qualified worksheet.
