911ÖÆÆ·³§

The Winter Formal is an annual event for current 911ÖÆÆ·³§ students in grades 9-10 and their approved pre-approved guests. Guest forms are due Thursday, November 21, 2024.  

Theme: Winter Wonderland

When: Saturday, December 7, 2024

Where: Beardsley Gym

Time: 7:00-10:00pm 

Who: Current 911ÖÆÆ·³§ students in grades 9-10 and their pre-approved guests. 

Details: Professional DJ and MC. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Attire: Formal attire encouraged. 

Guests:

911ÖÆÆ·³§ students may bring non-911ÖÆÆ·³§ guests who are currently students at area schools. Guests must be in good standing at their school and must be pre-approved through the 911ÖÆÆ·³§ Deans' Office.

Students may fill out the online . Completed forms are due on Thursday, November 21, 2024, by 8:00am. 

In-Person Ticket Sales: 

Tickets for the Winter Wonderland Formal will be sold before and after school on the following days in the Main Lobby and during lunch blocks in The Hub (W220) on the following dates:

• $10 on Wednesday, December 4, 2024

• $15 on Thursday, December 5, 2024 

• $15 on Friday, December 6, 2023 (Before school ONLY)

• $20 on Saturday, December 7 (at the door, for 911ÖÆÆ·³§ students ONLY, cash ONLY)

Students on detention probation and/or social probation will not be permitted to purchase a ticket.

Entrance:

A large number of students are expected to attend the dance. Students will enter and exit through Entrance #3; therefore pick-up and drop-off should be done in the back (west) of the school on Wildkit Drive. There may be several hundred cars dropping off and picking up students, so it is important that parents make a plan with the student to determine a pick-up location. Safety staff will be on duty to help direct traffic.
