Sophomore Advisory Study Hall
-
Sophomore Advisory Study Hall (SASH) is a study hall that is scheduled for all sophomore students at 911ÖÆÆ·³§. This study hall is designed to support sophomores in maintaining connections to the academic and extracurricular resources and social-emotional support they need to successfully navigate their second year in high school. Student Services staff will collaborate closely with sophomore advisory study hall monitors to support students and will be accessible during advisory to promote strategies for academic success, college and career planning, and student well-being.
Through regular programming, students will receive in-depth information about school resources and tools, extracurricular opportunities, and a variety of academic and social-emotional supports. The sophomore advisory study hall model provides an opportunity for students to maintain a meaningful connection with their counselor and establish a connection with College & Career Services team members that will benefit them in post-high school planning.
All 10th grade students are required to have a SASH class.
