Self-Certification Process for Students

In accordance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) 2020-21 School Year guidelines, Evanston Township High School requires temperature and symptom screening of all staff, students, and visitors before entering the building or arriving on the 911ÖÆÆ·³§ campus to participate in extracurricular activities.
Students can now complete the COVID-19 symptom screening questions online. Self-certification will speed up entry to and participation in activities.
The self-certification application requires you to check your temperature. Confirmation of your completed temperature check is one of the COVID self-certification questions.
When you arrive at 911ÖÆÆ·³§, please follow directions from your sponsor for admittance. Staff will scan student IDs to verify completion of the COVID self-certification.
Students who do not complete the self-certification must complete the on-site health symptom screening and temperature check.
Students can access the COVID self-certification screen by logging into . Click the COVID icon at the upper right, next to their username. (If using a small mobile device, click on the three-line “hamburger” menu icon to access the COVID icon.) , with screen images, are available to students online.
Self-certification can be completed only one time per calendar day and is valid until midnight of the date completed.
