  • Q: How can I purchase tickets?

    A: Tickets can be purchased online via our online ticket purchasing site, ShowClix. Tickets purchased online can be printed at home or sent directly to your mobile device. To purchase a ticket for an event, please visit the  website which will link you to our online ticketing webpage.

    Q: I am having trouble using the online ticket purchasing site but need to purchase tickets. What can I do?

    A: To place a ticket order over the phone, call the Box office at (847) 424-7130 from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

    Q: I need to exchange or get a refund on a ticket I purchased, what can I do?

    A: Refunds are available only for cancelled or postponed events. 911ÖÆÆ·³§ may decide to buy back a limited number of tickets on show nights depending on the status of sales that night. Please contact us at (847) 424-7130 if you have questions.

    Q: I am bringing a person who is in a wheelchair and/or has limited mobility. Is the theatre and/or auditorium wheelchair accessible?

    A: Yes. The entrances to the Upstairs Theatre and Auditorium are wheelchair accessible. The Upstairs Theatre, located on the third floor, is accessible by elevator.

    Q: Where can I park when I come to a show in the auditorium or the Upstairs Theatre?

    A: For events in the Upstairs Theatre, guests should park near Door #2 behind the high school. For events in the auditorium, guests should park in Lot #1 on Dodge Avenue across from the high school and enter through the auditorium entrance, Door #6.

    Q: How long is a typical show?

    A: Most of our shows and events run between 2 and 2 ½ hours.
